Donnsy Marie Foster stands at 5 feet tall. She has long auburn hair and dark brown eyes. Her weight is a secret, though she is always on a diet...


Family



Donnsy became an orphan when she was 2 years old, her father, Admiral Jonathan Foster and her mother, Marie Foster, were killed in a skirmish with a rogue Ferengi vessel, as her parents were returning from a visit to Risa. Donnsy had been staying with her grandmother. When she was 4 years old her grandmother passed away, leaving Donnsy in the care of Starfleet, in an orphanage just outside London. 




Education and Work History



Donnsy attended a local school with the kids she lived at the orphanage with and looked set to follow her parents into Starfleet with a medical degree but after spending all her spare time at college in the debating society and on the Student Board, she found she had an infinity to listen and offer alternative approaches to issues and problems. This then was the springboard into the Diplomatic Corps where she spent 2 years working with local people over various issues they came across in their daily lives that were affected by Starfleet (not everyone loves 'fleeters...) before taking on a county in the south of the old UK, before being short-listed for the USS New-Jersey and finally being the successful candidate.


Some might consider her quite young to have such a role but Donnsy and diplomacy go together like the sun and moon...


Personality



Although she finds it very easy to talk to the people she deals with in the line of duty, Donnsy is actually quite shy when 'not on duty' and tends to keep herself to herself. She appears quite cheerful and easy-going but finds large social gatherings quite difficult. Having a job to do is a lot easier than forcing herself to mingle with others too much! For years she hated Starfleet for 'killing her parents' but as she reached her mid-teens, she realised that she was wasting energy following that train of thought....

Her hobbies are art and she used to enjoy gardening, although it's a little more difficult on a ship now, but her quarters are stuffed full of plants and god knows what else...
